1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day Monday. Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days. 

Domestic Express Shipping is 2-4 Business days depending on your location.

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-10 Business days depending on your location. 
Pick Up: AT Katore Salon 2-3 processing day when ready you will receive a Email TIME VARIES 

All Packages Delivery is with United postal service


2. When will my tracking number start to update?

After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at 



4. Returning a order 

Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (4) DAYS within you receiving your order.. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!

We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair outside of "Katore wigs , because we understand that everyone is not a colorist or a specialist at coloring hair extensions that's why we take care of the hassle for you with our custom coloring services. 

5. When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 3/5 Business day for a full refund 

6. May I make a exchange?

Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (5)DAYS.  Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Katore wigs  will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you USPS to send your return.
